Cancellation and refund policy
What you can cancel or return, and how refunds work.

Cancelling an order
You can cancel a product order at any time before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp or email with your order details. We will refund the full amount, including shipping, to your original payment method. Once an order has been dispatched, the return policy below applies instead.
Returns and exchanges (physical products)
- Unopened, unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.
- Please contact us first with your order details so we can share the return address and instructions.
- You pay the return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
- For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery (a photo helps). We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return shipping.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the returned item reaching the clinic (or of us confirming a cancellation), back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the credit.
E-books, courses and paid workshops
E-books and paid course or workshop registrations are non-refundable once accessed. If you have paid but not yet accessed the content, contact us and we will help.
Free workshops have no charge, so no refund applies. If you can no longer attend, please let us know so we can offer your place to someone else.
Clinic appointments
Appointments requested through this website (in clinic, online or home visits) are not paid online. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please message us on WhatsApp as early as you can.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your name, order details and the reason. We aim to reply within one working day.
