This policy explains how Orthosports Physiotherapy, run by Dr. Rajani Patil ("we", "us"), handles personal information collected through orthosports.in. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and collect only what we need.

What we collect

• Enquiry, appointment, workshop and e-book forms: your name, mobile number and email, how you heard about us, and any areas of interest, general "what would you like help with" choice, workshop question or message you choose to add.
• Feedback form: your comments, and your name if you choose to give it.
• Product orders: your name, delivery address, mobile number and email, and what you ordered.
• Technical information: like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and basic browser details when you visit. We use this only to keep the site running and secure, for example to block spam.

Please do not share medical history, test reports or other health details through the website forms. If we need clinical information, we will ask for it during your consultation.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange appointments.
• To register you for workshops and share joining details (including a WhatsApp group link where relevant).
• To process, deliver and support your orders, including refunds and returns.
• To understand how people hear about us, so we can improve our services.
• To send you updates or offers, only if you have asked to receive them. You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising or analytics tracking on this website.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and our services, and only as much as they need:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the website.
• Resend, an email service that delivers form submissions to the clinic's inbox.
• Razorpay, our payment partner, which processes online payments. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us.
• Courier partners, who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver orders.

Some of these providers may process information outside India. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and storage in your browser

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you add products to your cart, the cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you return; it is not sent to us until you place an order. The YouTube videos on our homepage are embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube may set its own cookies when you play a video.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and registration details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and order details for as long as needed for delivery, returns and our accounts. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as soon as we can.
